At American Game Zone, we want your new e-bike to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. We partner directly with leading U.S. suppliers to ensure fast and reliable fulfillment across the continental United States.
Shipping Coverage
Free Standard Shipping is available on all e-bike orders shipped within the continental U.S.
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping for accessories or parts may vary depending on the product and destination.
Processing Time
Most in-stock e-bikes ship within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the supplier warehouse.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
All shipments are handled by reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority.
Signature & Delivery
Signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your e-bike.
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If visible damage is noticed, ask the driver to note it before signing and take photos of the issue.
For concealed damage discovered later, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Pre-orders and Backorders
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Once shipped, standard delivery timelines apply.
Delivery & Assembly
All e-bikes arrive 90–98% assembled, with simple final steps (such as handlebar, pedals, or front wheel installation).
Basic tools are included, and an assembly guide or video link will be provided.
Professional assembly is optional but recommended for optimal setup and safety.
Please note that the delivery driver is not required to bring the package inside your home or upstairs. Inside delivery may incur additional fees and is not available in all locations.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At American Game Zone, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new e-bike — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in brand-new, unused condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization (RMA).
Products that have been used, damaged, customized, or modified are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact Us First: Email us at support@americangamezone.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
Get Authorization: We’ll coordinate with the respective brand to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Ship Securely: Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and detailed instructions.
Inspection & Refund: After the supplier inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup at no cost to you.
Please ensure the product is securely repackaged to prevent transit damage. Items damaged in return transit may be ineligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once the return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Restocking fees may apply (typically 10–20%) depending on the supplier’s policy.
If an order is canceled after shipment but before delivery, shipping and restocking fees may still apply.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it is treated as a return and subject to the above policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your e-bike arrives damaged or defective:
Report it to us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.
Do not discard the original packaging.
We’ll work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue through replacement parts, repairs, or a full replacement if necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following are non-returnable:
Used or test-ridden e-bikes
Special-order or customized items
Batteries and electrical components
Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your e-bike for another model, please contact us — we’ll help determine eligibility and any price adjustments or fees that apply.
