Many items on our store include Free Shipping within the continental United States.
Any shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
For large items such as poker/game tables:
· Freight deliveries are curbside only, unless otherwise noted
· The customer must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment
· Please inspect packaging for damage before signing
· Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt

2. Photos of the box/packaging
3. Your order number
We will work with the manufacturer to send replacements, parts, or a full replacement unit at no cost to you.
Orders can be cancelled before they ship at no cost.
If the order has already shipped, standard return policies apply.
For custom or special-order items, cancellations may not be possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
