Please note that the delivery driver is not required to bring the package inside your home or upstairs. Inside delivery may incur additional fees and is not available in all locations.

To qualify for a return:
The item must be in brand-new, unused condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization (RMA).
Products that have been used, damaged, customized, or modified are not eligible for return.
If your e-bike arrives damaged or defective:
Report it to us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.
Do not discard the original packaging.
We’ll work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue through replacement parts, repairs, or a full replacement if necessary.
For safety and quality assurance, the following are non-returnable:
Used or test-ridden e-bikes
Special-order or customized items
Batteries and electrical components
Final sale or clearance items

Once your e-bike ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
If there’s visible damage upon delivery, refuse the shipment or note it with the carrier before signing. For concealed damage, contact us within 7 days with photos/videos at support@americangamezone.com.
Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S. Select models may be shipped to Canada with additional fees and applicable import duties.
Yes, accessories and replacement parts may ship separately depending on stock and supplier warehouse location. Tracking will be shared for each package.
Most customers receive their e-bike within 5–10 business days from the date of order, depending on location and model availability.
Yes, all e-bikes are water-resistant, suitable for light rain and wet conditions. However, they are not waterproof, and we recommend avoiding heavy rain or submerging electrical components.
